The Riddles are obtained throughout the Vampire Coast campaign, I did them on Harkon, some you receive automatically, others you obtain by defeating the certain rogue pirate fleets who have a Piece of Eight (see your in game pieces of eight tab for pirate locations) or even exploring random ocean pickups or winning battles. They are in no particular order but this should be a complete list. Most have screenshots although I didn't intend to screenshot every location and there are a bunch of these, they seem to cap at six quests active at any one time. Primarily for Vortex Campaign, there seemed to be only piecemeal information on the web so I thought i'd create a guide as I went along.
